LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

We know of no other line that meets Tamarack™ standards of quality in materials and workmanship. We warrant our bags to be useable for the lifetime of the purchaser. We will repair or replace at our discretion any bag that fails as a result of an error in workmanship or a materials problem. Registration card MUST be on file for warranty to be valid. If one of your Tamarack™ bags ever fails, send it to us at the address below. We will repair or replace at our option, and ship it right back to you. We reserve the right to charge for repair and/or parts if damage is not deemed to be covered by warranty. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the actual price paid for the product, and does not include any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages. Warranty does not cover the misuse, intentional defacement / alteration, or damage inflicted upon the product. It also does not cover any damage caused by fire, acts of God, larceny, misplacement, or collision. We make no other expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Registration card MUST be on file for warranty to be valid.
